On average, less than 50% of the voting age population actually votes.
In many cases, turnout is just barely over 50% of registered people.

We have a SERIOUS CRISIS when 43% turnout is nearly a 40 year record high.

Turnout in the 2008 Presidential primary was a RECORD at 33%.

What if you take a way or change three to five percent of the votes in a big election?
Such is the state of VOTER FRAUD in the US, it is not good.
